Payment and cancellation terms for the Jarkko Nieminen Tennis Camp

Registration

• Fill in the registration form on the course site. Registration is binding.
• Choose the transportation and accommodation as well, if you want to order them via OÜ KS Koolitus.
• The registered participants will be sent detailed travel information in May 2018.

Payment

• OÜ KS Koolitus will invoice the course fee for the reserved course and the reserved transportation/accommodation.
• A reservation fee of 180 Euros is paid within 10 days of the registration.
  • OÜ KS Koolitus will send the invoice together with the course confirmation.
• The remaining payment of the course fee and the reserved transportation/accommodation is to be paid by 10.3.2018.

Transportation

• The tickets for the ferry will be handed out at the terminal. A representative of OÜ KS Koolitus will be present.
• The transportation package costs 120 Euros. This includes the cruises from Helsinki to Tallinn and Tallinn to Helsinki, as well as the coach trips from Tallinn to Kuressaare and back.
  • The cruises take place on the ferries of Viking Line, the departure is from the terminal of Katajanokka in Helsinki on Sunday morning and the return next Saturday evening.
  • From the terminal A in Tallinn we will continue on to Kuressaare with our own coach.
• Naturally you can arrive by your own car as well, please let us know about this when making a course reservation.
• You can book a car package for Viking Line from us if you want to.

Insurance

• The organizer does not have an accident insurance for the participants.
• The participants need to make sure that their own leisure-time accident insurance is valid.
• We also recommend having travel insurance and a European Health Insurance Card which can be acquired from Kela (for Finnish citizens). This will entitle you to free treatment in the hospitals affiliated to the public health insurance scheme.

Cancellation terms

The course registration is binding. Due to the special nature of the tennis course, we apply deviant cancellation terms, since the organizer of the course, OÜ KS Koolitus, will be financially liable to the instructors of the course after the 10th of March, 2018. These cancellation terms will be observed regardless of the cancellation reason. We require the participants/passengers to take travel insurance that contains cancellation insurance.

If you cancel your course and/or transportation/accommodation:

• If you make the cancellation by the 10th of March, 2018, you will only be charged for the office fees of 80 Euros per person.
• If you make the cancellation after the 10th of March, 2018, no paid fees will be returned to you.
• The date on which the organizer of the course has received a written notice of the cancellation (email is accepted as well) and acknowledged the receipt, will be considered as the cancellation date.

The organizer of the course has the right to cancel the course if there are not enough participants. In this case all the paid payments will be returned in full. We will notify the customers about the potential changes in the schedule as soon as possible.

The organizer of the course is not liable for the potential mistakes or inaccuracies in the brochure (the Internet pages, advertisement, brochure material and so on). The organizer of the course is not liable for the losses caused by changes in the transportation or accommodation arrangements.
